Hi Everyone so today is the 1st of feb 2012 and i am going to tell you about the past two weeks….
My last weight update i was back at 108lbs
So this time last week i was not well i had a full blown cold my body was so weak i could not get of the sofa..
so i went over to my mums and she looked after me, aww sweet mum :).. but i never hardly ate for about 3 whole days i ate about 2 x pieces of toast a day that’s about it, by Thursday i was feeling better i had energy by Friday I was back to normal,
so i went on the wii i done my hour exercise on just dance 3 and i loved it… i new i diddnt have to work out because id been sick and when your sick you lose weight anyway but i did exercise and also because i was bored and i new that on sunday me and my boyfriend were going for are you ready?
A ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET now i no i am supposed to be helping people stay motivated so just remember that i was sick and i had not eaten properly for two whole weeks but im also not using it as an excuse but anyway i really enjoyed it it was sooo nice and i have not been to for a meal in over a YEAR!!! ……
Come Yesterday Tuesday i went and bought myself new digital scales and to my suprise thinking i would of put all that weight back on from the all you can eat from me being sick i had still lost.
So Now 1st feb i am currently 104lbs … lost 4lbs over two weeks…
my stats are 25 inch waist above belly button
30 inch’s just below belly button
thats all i no at the current moment i will keep you updated anyways over the course of feb and we all no valentines day is coming up so that means a meal and chocolates soooo…..
