How I Lost My Weight!

 i just cut of junk food because i used to eat McDonald nearly everyday if you have looked at my weight loss story you will see that i have always been naturally thin i could normally be able to eat McDonald a lot without it touching me but because i became lazy and just did nothing all day it piled on me so i stopped eating lots of chips and chocolate and chicken nuggets haha and started eating cereal and veggies and fruit and lots of water and i exercise for 60 mins a day copying zumba videos and cardio videos of you tube it took me 8 months :) hope i have helped lovelies … xxxx
