When You wake up have a big glass of water along with your breakfast I recommend cereal such a shreddies, or brown bread toast with no butter, x2
Try to Keep your mind occupied even if its sitting at home on the computer do something to distract you from snacking i usually look at clothing websites and look at clothes i want to buy and how good i will look in them if i eat healthy & lose weight! or i copy zumba videos of youtube even if its only like for 5-10 mins its still working out,
Same thing if you dont want to go the gym and are feeling lazy put some of your favorite music on and just dance around your room like a fucking idiot it burns calories right?!!!! go for it!
if you do like exercising and going the gym do half an hour on tredmil on 8.5 mark and then run for 5 mins full out or whatever you feel like on 11.0 now thats hard!
back to food ok so its dinner time ask your self are you really hungry no ok well wait till tea thats what i usually do, or if you have fruit in wich is a must like clementines or a banana and lots of water its easy its in the tap! & free! awesome dude!
Ok so when it comes to tea time its all about the right food i like salmon and veggies, broccoli, cabbage, carrots and everything green! oh and even though its healthy you still have to have the wright portion size and how many calories are in it, now my daily calorie intake can be from dangerously low like 400 cals or highest 1100 cals! its up to you just watch those calories i wouldnt go over 1200 though! hunni :)
oooops stay away from that ben and jerrys oh and that chocolate oh and that nice take away would you like nice tight no muffin top jeans or a muffin? your choice,
now night time = snack time or does it your not peckish are you no just keep scrolling on tumblr never eat after 7 it all goes on that ass and them arms hahaha o.m but if you do want to snack have a coffee ok with like 2 sugars and maybe some fruit…
now binge days your allowed ok dont punish yourself its easy to say that but i punish myself and i feel guilty but weve been good right? just have some ice cream go on! or some crisps but as long as you no you can take back control the next day
