Sooo thats me this morning 01/01/2012 and now 102lbs BUT….
I must say i was not really that troubled if i would of put about 5lbs on over Christmas so i just let go and i went for it i ate everything and i mean everything!.. chocolate ice cream, sweets, spuds, chips everything!!!!!!….. so on the 30th December i weighed my self and to my surprise i dropped not gained i was so shocked this keeps happening to me i eat and eat and eat expecting and ok worrying a little that i would of put weight on but NO!!! i have lost another 2lbs WTF? sooooo i thought yayyy ok im hungry today so on 31st december i went the chippy and got a large chicken curry and fried rice and a portion of salt and pepper chips
BUT that was the 1st and last time i ate a chippy meal since march 2011 so i was really proud but then after i felt really guilty and wanted to throw up but my boyfriend supported me and said that it wont even touch me ….
so that was yesterday … and i took the above photo today and that was also after i ate a roast dinner and chocolate… so i am going to weigh my self in two weeks and get back on track with eating healthy and let you no how i get on …..

Hi everyone Just a lil update so were basically a week and a bit in to 2012 and i’ve been ok on my diet as i fell of in december to enjoy christmas food but as you no i thought i would of gained but when i did weigh myself i weighed 102lbs i dropped i was so happy …
so i finally figured out as to why i lost that little bit of weight i got a wii and just dance 3 for xmas and i had been on that non stop and its so fun! it dont even feel like a workout at all. so i RECOMMEND JUST DANCE 3 it made me lose my christmas weight!! wooo :) it must of been that because i never worked out doing cardio or nothing over the xmas period so ye…… so anyway back to today i just woke up this morning and i weighed myself and I’m 104lbs, ive gained 2 little lbs but i am a girl and its that time of month so i gess its down to that so i can excuse them, i have also been eating loads of clementines there sooo nice and lots of other fruit but when i have been getting up in the morning i have been having toast and tea …
any way if you have seen my measurements page well im still the same i think i have lost half a inch around the arms woo haha im 9 inch’s now… but ye so thats it i’m still doing good! :) im sure all of use are doing good aswell i remember to reward yourself at the end of the week with a little treat :)..
- hello again :) just another little update todays date is 15/01/2012 and this is what i have been eating daily i’ve sort of gone of my diet and calorie counting now
- so i eat 4x white bread toast with butter and a cup of tea with 3 sugars of a morning for my breakfast
- lunch time i have a bowl of coco shreddies
- tea time will rarther be another 4x toast and butter with cup of tea or something else
- thats it and by me eating like this i have gained a little bit but im not really to fussed because its only a little and im enjoying it so im back up to 108lbs from 102lbs but my measurements are all still the same if you look at my measurements…
- MY HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK WAS GOING INTO TOPSHOP AND BUYING A SIZE 6 PAIR OF THERE JEANS AND ITS SAYS WAIST 25 INCH AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY so with me eating the way i have i still fited into them :) plus my boyfriend says he prefers me like this so im really really happy at the moment
- im enjoying food a little and enjoying my weight but i may add that i do exercise on just dance 3 for 60 mins a day on the sweat attack so that most probly burns my toast and tea from the morning!…
